General Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale
https://www.comedultd.fr is an online foreign language teaching platform created and managed by Leyli Aleksanyan.
Article 1 – Definitions
USER: For the purposes of these general terms and conditions of use and sale, the User is defined as the individual who uses the site for non-professional purposes, either as a visitor, as an account creator, or as a subscriber to one of the training courses defined below.
PROVIDER: For the purposes of these general terms and conditions of use and sale, the Provider refers to the site administrator, Leyli Aleksanyan.
SITE: Refers to the website accessible via the domain name https://www.comedultd.fr.
Article 2 – Entire Agreement
These general terms and conditions of use and sale express the entirety of the obligations of the parties. A contract between the User and the Provider is established once the User commits to booking one of the course plans available on the site under the “Pricing” section.
Article 3 – Account Creation
Creating an account to access the site constitutes unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of use and sale.
When creating an account, the User agrees to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information, not to create a false identity, and not to impersonate another person.
In the event of changes to personal information, the User agrees to update it accordingly.
Failure to comply with these rules allows the Provider to suspend or terminate the User’s account and/or suspend their access without notice or compensation.
Minors are allowed to use the site’s services and create an account, provided they have obtained consent from their legal guardian.
A minor having a User account implies that they have such authorization.
Parents or legal guardians are responsible for monitoring how minors use the site.
The User is solely responsible for the use of their login credentials.
The User agrees to use them personally and not share them with third parties.
The consequences of any loss, misuse, or unauthorized use of a User’s login credentials are the sole responsibility of the User.
Article 4 – Enrollment in Training Courses
A User account is required to enroll in any training course.
Enrollment (whether paid or free) constitutes unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of use and sale.
Enrollment begins on the payment date and ends at the specified duration’s conclusion. Unenrollment from a course is automatic.
The Provider may freely modify the prices, duration, and services of each enrollment without incurring liability.
Therefore, the Provider assumes no responsibility for the User’s foreign language learning, personal goals, or any exams, tests, diplomas, or certificates they wish to take.
Article 5 – Pricing
Unless expressly stated otherwise, online course prices are listed in Chinese RenMinBi on the “Pricing” page.
These prices are firm and final as of the date listed. It is noted that https://www.comedultd.com is not subject to VAT.
Article 6 – Payment Methods
Payment for a training course can be made via a Stripe link.
Article 7 – Free Enrollment
The Provider reserves the right to offer free access to one or more training courses.
Users enrolled for free, whether as students or teachers, unconditionally adhere to these general terms and conditions of use and sale.
Article 8 – Privacy and Personal Data
The Site respects your privacy. To access services, the Site may collect and store personal data about you.
What data is collected?
Basic profile information you provide when creating your account, including your full name and email address.
When using this Site, data regarding users, courses, activities, and resources you interact with will also be stored and linked to your profile.
How is this information used?
This information is used only to allow access to the Site’s online courses. Usage statistics are also utilized to improve the Site and its services.

With whom is my information shared?
The Provider does not share personal information.
How long is my data stored?
Your personal data is stored as long as your account is active. Accounts inactive for more than 24 months are deleted.
Deleting your account results in the complete deletion of all related data.
How can I withdraw my consent for my personal data to be stored and processed?
If you previously consented to allow the Provider to store and process your personal data in accordance with the privacy policy but wish to withdraw it, you can send an email via the contact form: “Contact.” Upon withdrawal, you will no longer have access to the Site’s services.
How can I request corrections or deletions of my personal data?
You can correct basic profile information by logging into the Site and updating your profile. If you have any questions or wish to correct or delete additional data, you may contact the Provider via the “Contact” form.
Article 9 – Intellectual Property
All elements of the Site are protected by copyright law.
In accordance with intellectual property law, usage is authorized solely for private use.
However, apart from this usage, the User is prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, transmitting, broadcasting, displaying, reproducing, licensing, transferring, or otherwise exploiting the Site’s information.
Any other usage constitutes infringement.
The Site is protected by French law and international intellectual property treaties.
Providing courses does not transfer intellectual property rights to the User, who is only granted personal use rights.
Article 10 – Contract Termination
a) No Right of Withdrawal
Under Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for service contracts fully performed before the withdrawal period ends, where performance has begun with the User’s prior express agreement and explicit waiver of their right of withdrawal.
b) Contract Termination
If the User violates any of their obligations, the Provider may immediately and lawfully terminate the subscription without notice.
Termination results in automatic loss of service access and does not entitle the User to any compensation.
Article 11 – Waiver
The Provider’s failure to enforce a breach or default of the User regarding any contractual or legal obligation shall not be interpreted as a waiver of its right to enforce that breach or default.
Article 12 – Invalidity of a Clause
If any provision of these general terms and conditions of use and sale is invalidated, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in force.
Article 13 – Technical Liability
The Provider commits to executing the services with due care.
However, the Provider is not liable if its obligations cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure as defined by French case law.
Similarly, the Provider shall not be liable for inconveniences or damages inherent to internet use when placing an online order.
The Provider shall not be responsible for indirect damages suffered due to Site usage, including loss of business, profit, opportunity, damage, or expenses.
The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The User acknowledges that access may be limited or suspended, especially for maintenance purposes.
Access may require specific hardware or software configurations.
It is the User’s responsibility to ensure they meet these prerequisites.
Article 14 – Technical Responsibility
The Service Provider commits to carrying out the services with the utmost care.
However, the Service Provider cannot be held liable if the failure to fulfill its obligations is due to force majeure as defined by French jurisprudence.
Similarly, the Service Provider cannot be held responsible for any inconveniences or damages inherent to the use of the Internet when placing an online order.
The Service Provider shall not, under any circumstances, be responsible for or required to compensate for any indirect damages resulting from the use of the Site, such as loss of business, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, damages, or costs.
Furthermore, the Service Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted access, and the User is informed that access to the site may be limited or suspended by the Service Provider, particularly for maintenance purposes.
Access to the site may require specific equipment or a specific hardware or software configuration.
It is the User’s responsibility to ensure they meet these prerequisites.
Article 15 – Contract Transfer
The User may not assign, transfer, or grant a right of use, including temporary use, to any individual or legal entity.
The Service Provider may freely transfer the contract to any individual or legal entity, in whole or in part, along with the rights conferred by it.
